This worksheet is designed to help you take intentional steps toward healing, setting goals, and building a life that feels safe, fulfilling, and aligned with your true self. Through a series of guided prompts, you’ll reflect on past experiences, identify your unique needs, and map out a personal action plan for recovery and growth.

Use this Healing Blueprint as your personal guide, giving you clarity and confidence as you navigate your healing journey. This is your roadmap to reclaiming control, building resilience, and embracing a future of hope and empowerment.

Week 4: Beliefs in Action

  1. Challenge: Think of a belief that you have come to on your own after others tried to tell you what to think. This could be wearing clothing that others told you not to wear, pursuing a career others said wasn’t meant for you, listening to a music genre others said was wrong, or having friendships with people others said you shouldn’t be friends with, etc.

  2. How to be Entered for the Prize: Celebrate this reclaiming of your beliefs by posting a picture that represents you doing something you believe in. This picture could be of you doing the thing (wearing the dress, at the concert, on the job etc) or a stock photo representing the feeling of choosing for yourself. Add a caption explaining what the picture represents for you.
