And according to NCBI, 500,000 women are abused every single year.
These innocent women are left feeling hollow as they struggle to deal with the emotional distress that comes with abuse.
And many of them feel completely alone as they suffer in silence because they don’t know where to turn.
The problem is that many of these women are afraid to reach out to their friends and family because they don’t want to face the shame they may feel and don’t want to be a burden to their loved ones.
But as an abuse victim stays silent, the issue only gets worse. It's like constantly digging a hole deeper and deeper until getting out seems almost impossible.

When I saw what these women were going through, I couldn’t sit by and watch. I knew I had to do something.
My name is Ashley Easter, and that is why I started Courage 365.
After having broken free from an abusive relationship, I knew just how hard it is to find the inner strength to finally fight back.
And once you're free, the journey to recovery is long from over as you begin to fight a never ending mental war while everything you know is turned on its head.
I was able to break free from the chains of abuse and marry the love of my life, and that’s why I will stop at nothing until I can help every woman who is just like me leave her current abusive relationship or deal with the emotional struggles that often stay long after the abuse is over.
My experience not only left me with the burning desire to help these women, but it also gave me the knowledge on how to make it happen.
Courage 365 is able to inspire women by connecting them with other abuse survivors who know what it takes to come out the other side victorious.
Having personally dealt with abuse, I knew that what these women need more than anything in the world is a community of other women who understand what they are going through.
And Courage 365 gives them a platform to speak out and work through their own struggles alongside other women fighting the same battle.
